At AlZiyana, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@alziyana.com with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

How to Request a Return Email us at hello@alziyana.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.
