We want you to love your AlZiyana ritual. If something isn't right, here is how returns and refunds work.

Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept products that are unopened and unused, in their original sealed packaging. Opened or used skincare cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@alziyana.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will confirm and arrange the return for you.

Return shipping

AlZiyana covers the cost of return shipping. You will not pay anything to send an eligible item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will refund your original payment method. Refunds usually take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged, faulty, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us at hello@alziyana.com within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo if possible. We will replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
